    APPLICATION PROCEDURES
    Application Form can be obtained from DESBAS. The file of documents relevant to filled operating Licence Application From (including the receipt of US $ 5.000 fee) submitted or mailed to General Directorate of Free Zones (GDFZ) in Ankara.
    The application is assessed by the General Directorate of Free Zones.

    Application fee is refunded.
    Eligible
    The lease contract signed by the applicant and DESBAS (or other investor who have renting authority) is submitted to GDFZ to obtain the operating licence.
    Those awarded operating licence start to operate.
